Yes, on October second 2009, in response to an invitation from Mr. Eric Mukandila, Deputy Director of Staff, I went to Montreal and had the honor to meet with the Union of Re-Building of the Congo -UREC'S National President, Dr. Oscar Kashala. The event, organized by the "Entité Fédérée du Quebec" was about to officially launch its political activities, took place at Hollyday Inn; I listened, I saw and now I can faithfully report or share with you my feelling after all.
